Stretch therapy is a form of bodywork that includes assisted stretching to help alleviate pain, improve posture, decrease soreness, and increase flexibility.
Unlike traditional massage therapy, stretch therapy focuses on moving your body through its full range of motion, helping to loosen up tight muscles, connective tissue and restore mobility.
Our sessions range from $42-$110 depending on if you do a-la-carte sessions, a paid in full package or monthly membership. Most clients work with us 1 day per week for 50 minutes.
Stretch Therapy vs. Massage
What’s Different: Massage makes your muscles feel less tight and helps calm them down. But, it doesn’t really change how long your muscles are. Guide Stretch Therapy makes your muscles longer and helps them stay that way without pressing through your muscles.
