We have sessions every hour on the hour M-F at 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 2PM, 3PM, 4PM and 5PM. M-TH 6PM. Most clients workout with us 2-3 days per week.

FUN!!! Each member receives a personalized workout plan that aligns with their fitness goals and individual challenges, offering a balance of personal guidance and group support. You start with a full body warm up then you work on functional movements to increase strength and balance, and end with joint friendly cardio.
Our average client age is about 50 years old. However, you can expect to meet people ranging from their mid 20’s to mid 80’s!
Our sessions are over half the cost of 1:1 personal training. Our sessions range from $33-$44 depending on how often you want to train and your membership length. We also have convenient weekly billing. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.
